Maroon 5 adalah band pop rock Amerika dari Los Angeles, California. [1] [2] Saat ini terdiri dari vokalis Adam Levine, keyboardis dan gitaris ritme Jesse Carmichael, bassis Mickey Madden, lead gitaris James Valentine, drummer Matt Flynn, keyboardist PJ Morton, keyboardist PJ Morton, dan multi-instrumentalis Sam Farrar. Anggota asli Levine, Carmichael, Madden, dan drummer Ryan Dusick pertama kali datang bersama sebagai Kara's Flowers pada tahun 1994, ketika mereka masih di sekolah menengah. Setelah merilis sendiri album independen mereka We Like Digging ?, band ini menandatangani kontrak dengan Reprise Records dan merilis album The Fourth World pada tahun 1997.
